Charity Yoga & Soundbowls

Join us for a calming and restorative Charity Yoga & Sound Bowl Experience at Lighthouse Yoga and Fitness, where movement, mindfulness, and community come together to support healthcare professionals who give so much of themselves every day. This special event invites participants to slow down, reconnect, and care for their own well-being while helping raise funds for wellness-focused WeCare Boxes for nurses and healthcare teams.

The class will begin with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow designed to release tension, restore balance, and support both body and mind. As the practice winds down, participants will be guided into a deeply relaxing sound bowl meditation, allowing the soothing vibrations to help calm the nervous system and encourage deep rest.

After the session, guests are invited to stay, connect with fellow participants, and celebrate the shared intention of caring for those who care for others. Every ticket purchased helps us move closer to our goal of delivering wellness gift boxes to healthcare professionals who need encouragement, restoration, and recognition during demanding seasons.
