She has over 18 years of experience in healthcare, with a background spanning inpatient pediatrics, travel nursing, adult primary care, and integrative and holistic medicine.
NP Chu is also a certified yoga teacher and has trained in meditation and mindfulness around the world. As a mother of two, she brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her mission: supporting women through every stage of the reproductive journey.
She is the creator of Holistic Postpartum: From Healing to Thriving—an online course designed to provide intentional, structured support for the postpartum period, helping mothers feel seen, heard, and held as they transition into motherhood.
