As a yoga therapist and an intuitive, Julie provides a variety of opportunities for individuals and small groups to explore whole person health care in a variety of ways and price points. From private sessions for yoga therapy and intuitive energy/medium readings, to a chronic pain on demand library, a pain relief cohort course for those living with persistent pain, virtual chair yoga classes, and many in person speaking workshops and conferences that provide educational and experiential practices.
Julie meets the client/s where they are and provides guidance on their own empowering path to build confidence and ease pain: both physical and mental/emotional pain.

Julie has been an educator in many capacities for more than 25 years. She earned a master’s degree in education from the University of Minnesota. Julie is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and a Pain Care Aware Lead Trainer.
She is the owner and founder of Santosha Yoga Therapy LLC where she primarily works with people in areas such as: chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, functional yoga therapy (anatomy & joint health), and mental health. She strives to see the individual using a whole person approach incorporating a biopsychosocial & spiritual model. She has enjoyed working in the medical industry at Health Partners Neuroscience Center and TRIA Orthopedic Center in MN, and decided to leave these locations to shift her sights to incorporate a more authentic, holistic, and open approach to her services. She is an educator at heart and knows that her dharma is supporting those on a healing path through: courses, classes, workshops, trainings, conferences, and retreats in various locations.
