Founded by Jennifer Grubba MA, EdS, the mission of Flourish Wellness is to support and empower individuals in realizing their envisioned lives - to help them thrive. Jennifer is a seasoned Mayo Clinic trained, and NBHWC Certified wellness coach with an extensive background in Educational Psychology. She is also an E-RYT 200 (experienced registered yoga teacher), Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, Sound Bath Practitioner, and Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. Jennifer has published articles, presented at professional conferences, developed corporate wellness programs, taught mindfulness at teacher trainings, and appeared on live TV and radio programs sharing the benefits of mindfulness practices. Using a warm and holistic approach, Jennifer is passionate about making wellness accessible to others and sharing healing tools to help others flourish-mind, body and spirit.
