Cally Reed is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Mayo Clinic certification graduate who specializes in sustainable behavior change for women in mid-life. Through her practice, Gradual Shifts Wellbeing, she helps clients develop trusting relationships with their bodies and create meaningful health behavior changes and lasting practices that fit their unique lives. Drawing from her own journey from burnout to wellness, Cally combines evidence-based coaching techniques such as motivational interviewing with compassionate, encouraging support. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and brings a holistic, body-centered approach to each coaching relationship.
